After taking a dump, is this a religious thing or wtf???

We had a new guy start working at our company a few months ago. He is of Asian decent. Will try to explain this the best I can..Anyway after he takes a dump he gets up off the toilet and while his pants are still around his ankles hovers but almost sits down opposite like you be puking into the toilet but his ass is like 2 inches from the ground. Does this for about 30 seconds and then wipes his ass in this position.

So if you are in the bathroom you see him doing this because the stall door have that 1 foot opening where I'm used to seeing shoes, not some dudes ass then wiping it.

Wish I were making this up but I'm not. Anyone know why he would do this?

A lot of plumbing south of the border gets clogged up when paper is disposed of down the drain. Not sure why, it's just the way it is. I thought toilet paper disolved pretty easy in water.

This is one of the most disgusting topics I have ever read. By the way when you say Asian have to be more specific. There's Chinese, Filipino, other orientals, Indians, just have to be more specific especially if it's a question about culture. Or might be.

It's funny how some cultures wipe with their hands and they see toilet papers users as disgusting and toilet paper users see the hand washers as disgusting. In my house there's a bidet used. I don't know why so many people use toilet papers still. It's disgusting. You can use all the paper you want but you can bet it's still unclean. I've heard many coworkers in the washroom clearly taking a dump then rinse their hands without soap for about 5 seconds and leave. Probably thinking they used toilet paper, their hands are clean so what's the point. They only rinse their hands a little for show so other people won't freak out. That's disgusting and scary.

I don't know. It's a disgusting habit. Maybe this guy is overweight or not flexible or just wants a better angle to wipe? I don't know.
